Siegbert Spohr GmbH

On February, 1st 1979 the company Siegbert Spohr in Mettmann was founded. Main business of the company was trading with foundry products and machines. Just a short time later the products changed by diversification and so the name changed to 'Gießereibedarf und Förderbandrollen'. On January 1st 1996 the company changed their legal form and was transformed into Siegbert Spohr GmbH.

Corresponding to the given name, the company now works on two totally different markets. On the one hand on the field for foundry products and on the other hand on the field for idlers and drums for conveyor belts. Please be kind and take all information you need from our delivery program.

At the field foundry product (Gießereibedarf) we have the opportunity to deliver hundreds of steel-, iron- and non-iron-foundries. Because of our experience for many decades, we can now count companies in Island, South Africa, New Zealand and many more countries worldwide to our satiesfied customers.

At the field of our conveyor belt program (Förderbandrollen) we are the gerneral manager for flexible idlers for the countries Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Denmark. More products, for example steel idlers and frames according to DIN or specialy produced on the wishes of our customers, complete our delivery program in the same way as a complete program of drums (drive pulleys, tail pulleys etc). Also in this field of application we have representations in many countries.

Since many years it is the aim of this company to deliver high quality products for the best price and help our customers on the field of service and engineering as best as we can.
