Electronic data processing is used in all processes from the receipt of an order to the delivery of an order. Fully auttomised material supplies for the production machines, and removal of moulded parts by industrial robots, guarantees a smooth production sequence under optimised conditions.
The spectrum of our service in injection moulding ranges from processing of common plastics (PP,PE,PS,PC ABC etc.) through to industrial plastics (PA66, PBT, PBT/ASA, PPS etc.) and up to the domain of liquid 2-component silicons.
We offer the customer a complete solution that starts with the planning, includes procurement of individual components (contacts, threades inserts, grub screws etc.) and continual improvements in the running production process; finally leading to the optimized end product.
